Garlic Shrimp & Pasta

Recipes are for single serving:


Ingredients:

-Pasta of your choice: One serving is 3/4 cup of dried pasta, but live your life and eat what ever amount you want

-Shrimp: 4 ounces, but again live your life

-Olive oil

-1 Shallot

-Garlic

-Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

-Salt

-Black Pepper

-Mixed Vegetables

- 1/4 cup White Wine

-1 Lemon

-Parmesan Cheese

-Parsley


Directions:

1. Cook pasta, add olive oil

2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add peeled shrimp. Add shallot and garlic to skillet. Add red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Saute shrimp until thoroughly cooked.

3. Once shrimp is done, saute vegetables in olive oil and seasoning. Cook until vegetables are lightly saute.

4. When vegetables are done add white wine and shrimp to the skillet, add lemon juice and zest. Cook for about 2 minutes.

5. Combine pasta with shrimp and vegetables, garnish with cheese and parsley.
