Ingredients:
Bananas (2)
Flour (2 cups)
1/2 cup of butter or half a stick (melted)
Salt
Brown sugar (3/4)
2 eggs
Baking soda (1 tablespoon)
Peanut butter (1 tablespoon)
Prep:
Blend 2 bananas
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients
In another bowl mix the wet ingredients (excluding peanut butter)
Mix dry and wet ingredients together
The last step mix the peanut butter in
Butter the muffin tins or use cupcake liners
Pre-heat the oven to 350
Recipe:
Fill the cupcake tin, each spot about halfway
Bake at 350 until no longer wet in the middle
Serve warm or reheat
Add butter or more peanut butter with drizzled chocolate on top
