Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Buffalo Sauce
Paprika
Black Pepper
Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Flour
Soy milk
Prep:
Cut the cauliflower into florets
Mix equal parts flour and soy milk
Mix the paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder into the flour mixture
Recipe:
Coat the cauliflower in the mixture, make sure they are evenly coated
Bake at 350 until golden brown
Add buffalo sauce to the cauliflower
Continue baking
Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese and celery and carrot sticks
