Blackberry Jam

Ingredients:
Blackberries
Sugar
Lemon
Butter
Prep:
Measure out 2.5 cups of blackberries
1/2 cup of sugar
Squeeze a quarter of a lemon for juice
1 teaspoon of butter
Recipe:
In a pot pour blackberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a pot. Put the heat on medium
Mix and when it starts foaming add butter.
Keep stirring to make sure it does not burn
It should be a gel/ jelly like consistency when done.
