Blackberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • Blackberries

  • Sugar

  • Lemon

  • Butter


Prep:

  • Measure out 2.5 cups of blackberries

  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • Squeeze a quarter of a lemon for juice

  • 1 teaspoon of butter


Recipe:

  • In a pot pour blackberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a pot. Put the heat on medium

  • Mix and when it starts foaming add butter.

  • Keep stirring to make sure it does not burn

  • It should be a gel/ jelly like consistency when done.

* Please note this is not meant for long term shelf life*
