Ingredients:
Flour
Sugar
Plain Greek Yogurt
Salt
Cinnamon
Sugar
Butter
Flour
Egg
Vegetable Oil
Prep:
In a bowl mix 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and about 1/4 cup of sugar
Beat the egg
Butter the sides and base of the bread pan
In a large mixing bowl combine 2 cups of flour, 3/4 cups of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda (or 1 teaspoon of baking powder). Mix
Add beaten egg, 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, and 1 cup of Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 350 F
Recipe:
In buttered bread pan, pour half the moisten flour mixture
Pour half the sugar and cinnamon mixture on in the bread pan
Pour the rest of the batter in the pan
Pour the rest of the sugar and cinnamon
Mix everything together
Add chocolate chips, blueberries, or anything you else you would like
Bake until thorough
Serve sliced and with your favorite toppings
