Ingredients:
Potatoes
Cheddar cheese (or your choice of cheese)
Garlic
Pepper
Salt
Butter
Plain greek yogurt
Milk (plain soy milk was used, but use your choice of milk)
Prep:
Peel potatoes if you want to
Quarter potatoes
Mince the garlic (if needed)
Shred the cheese (if needed)
Melt butter
Recipe:
Boil potatoes until soft
Drain the potatoes
Combine potatoes, greek yogurt, and milk into a bowl
Mash potatoes until desired creaminess
In a pot combine mashed potatoes, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and cheese. Mix until cheese is melted.
Serve hot as a side dish or main dish
