Ingredients:
Flour
White Sugar
Brown Sugar
Baking Powder
Salt Yogurt
Greek Yogurt
Vanilla Extract
Soy Milk (or milk alternative)
Eggs (2)
Oil (Olive Oil was used but vegetable works great too!)

Bread:
In a bowl mix dry ingredients (1 1/3 cups of flour, 1 cup of white sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 3/4 teaspoons of baking powder)
Whisk together
In the same bowl add wet ingredients (1 cup of Greek yogurt. 1/3 cup of lemon juice, lemon zest, 2 eggs, and 1/4 cup of oil)
Mix until all ingredients are combined
Bake at 350, until dry in the middle when toothpick or fork is used for testing

Glaze:
In a bowl:
Add 3 tablespoons of soy milk (or plant based milk)
Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Add 1 cup of brown sugar
Whisk
*hint add more milk if glaze is too thick
When bread is cooled add glaze on top of bread
