Quarantine Cranberry and Walnut Cookies

Prep:

-Soften 1/2 cup of butter

-1/2 cup of brown sugar

-1/2 cup of white sugar

-1 egg

-Vanilla extract (2 tablespoons recommended)

-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

-1 teaspoon of hot water

-Pinch of salt

-Dried cranberries, walnuts, and chocolate chips as desired


Steps:


1. Preheat oven to 350


2. Combine sugars and butter in a bowl


3. Mix in egg and vanilla extract


4. Combine baking soda, water, and salt


5. Stir flour in


6. Add toppings to what you deem necessary in a cookie


7. Ball the dough and put on baking sheet, leaving room between cookies for expansion


8. Bake to desired consistency


* Note cookies do contain raw egg, undercooked eggs may contain salmonella
