Ingredients:
Sourdough Bread (or bread of choice)
Brie Cheese
Sage
Sugar
Blackberries
Butter
Garlic
Lemon
Prep:
Make the blackberry jam (recipe here)
Melt butter
Mix garlic and butter together
Dice brie
Chop sage
Recipe:
On both slices of bread spread garlic and butter on one side
On the other side of the bread slices spread the jam on both sides
Add diced brie and sage on the slices with jam
Fry until golden
